This website provides information about Forever Smooth products and allows eligible products to be ordered through secure checkout. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may be corrected or updated before fulfillment.

Orders and payment

Secure online payment is processed by Stripe. Before confirming payment, checkout displays the selected products, shipping option, applicable tax, and total. A Stripe payment confirmation means the payment was accepted for the submitted order; the order remains subject to fraud review, address validation, product availability, and lawful acceptance. If Forever Smooth cannot fulfill a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

If secure checkout is unavailable or a product is marked “Contact for pricing,” contacting Forever Smooth creates an inquiry only and does not charge a payment method.

Shipping, tax, and international charges

Shipping options are calculated using Shippo and are selected before payment. Applicable tax is calculated during checkout. Customers receiving shipments outside the United States are responsible for import duties, brokerage charges, or other destination fees unless checkout expressly states they are included.

Accuracy and acceptable use

You must provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or copy protected content in violation of applicable law.

Product use

Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product. Professional-use products should be used only as directed. Contact Forever Smooth before ordering if you have questions about suitability or application.

Returns and order problems

Purchases are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy, including its sole unopened-and-unused-product exception. Shipping details are governed by the Shipping Policy.
