Information you choose to provide

Forever Smooth is a static website and browsing does not create a customer account. When you use secure checkout or contact Forever Smooth, you may provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, cart contents, and order notes.

Shopping-cart storage

Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Adding products to the cart does not by itself transmit the cart to Forever Smooth. You can remove items or clear your browser’s site data at any time.

Secure payment processing

Checkout is provided by Stripe. Full payment-card details are entered into Stripe-hosted payment fields and are processed by Stripe; Forever Smooth’s static site and checkout Worker do not receive or store the full payment-card number or security code. Stripe may process contact, billing, shipping, transaction, fraud-prevention, and technical data under Stripe’s privacy terms.

Shipping-rate processing

To calculate carrier options, the checkout service sends the fulfillment origin, delivery address, and package details to Shippo. Shippo and participating carriers process that information to return rates and delivery estimates under their own privacy terms.

Service providers and technical data

Cloudflare operates the protected checkout service, and the website host delivers static pages and assets. These providers may process ordinary connection data, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs, as necessary to provide and protect their services.

How information is used

Information is used to process and fulfill orders, calculate shipping and applicable tax, prevent fraud or abuse, provide receipts and customer service, respond to requests, and maintain required business records. Forever Smooth does not sell personal information submitted through this site.

Retention and your choices

Order and correspondence records are retained only as needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, contact forever@foreversmooth.net. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
